We aim to ship all in-stock items within 3 business days. Custom items may take longer. Delivery times may vary based on the carrier. Stack Life Family is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on non-custom, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. Custom items and clearance sales are final sale. For damaged or incorrect items, pleasecontact us within 5 days of delivery.

Event registrations may include additional waivers or policies, depending on the activity. You agree to follow all event rules, and you attend at your own risk. Off-road activities involve inherent risks, and Stack Life Family is not liable for any injuries or vehicle damage.
