Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it

We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status. If it meets our return requirements, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your order included shipping charges, those will be deducted from your refund.

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, you may return it under the same conditions listed above.

Instead of a refund, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the returned item, once it’s approved and processed. Store credits will be issued via digital gift card and emailed to you directly.

Please include the original order number or the name of the person who purchased the gift to help us locate the order.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To speed things up, include:

  • A clear photo of the damage or defect

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Your order number

We’ll review the situation and work with you to offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, whichever is most appropriate.
