Nope! You can check out as a guest, but creating an account helps you track orders faster and makes reordering easier.
Can I customize an item?
Yes! Many of our products-especially through Stack Life Customs-are fully customizable. If an item has personalization options, you'll see a box to add your details on the product page. You can always reach out to us as well, we will be more than happy to accomadate if we can.

SHIPPING & TURNAROUND
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3 business days. Custom items may take a little longer, depending on the level of personalization.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we do! If you're local to Vero Beach, FL, you can select local pickup at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. If you're outside the U.S. and interested, send us a message we will try to work something out.
SIZING & PRODUCT INFO
How do your shirts fit?
Our tees are unisex and run true to size. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we suggest sizing up. If you are not happy with the sizing and want to exchange please reach out, we will MAKE sure that you get exactly what you want.
Are your tumblers dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing to keep your custom designs looking fresh and lasting longer.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes! We offer wholesale pricing on select items. Please contact us directly to get started.
OFF-ROAD GEAR & EVENTS
Is everything on your site off-road related?
Not at all! While Stack Life and NotSoStock4x4 focus on off-road gear, we also offer home decor, custom gifts, and lifestyle designs through Stack Life Customs.
What is The 41-Stack Life Off-Road?
It-s our 41-acre property that will one day include a 10-acre event space and a 20-acre proving ground. We will be offering classes for all levels-coming soon!
Do I have to own a Jeep to attend your events?
Some events are Jeep-specific, but many are open to all makes and models. Check
the event details before signing up!
RETURNS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
What's your return policy?
Custom and clearance items are final sale. For all others, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
My item arrived damaged-what do I do?
Contact us right away with a photo of the damage, and we will make it right.
